Booking Terms

AGSTU AB organizes the event FPGAworld, Oxbacksgatan 2B, 724 61 Västerås, Sweden, Org. No. 556498-7179. The booking is completed when the exhibitor has accepted the order confirmation. The invoice will be sent no earlier than June, with payment terms of 30 days net, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

The exhibitor can cancel without charge if cancellation occurs before June. For cancellations made before July, 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations made after July 1 will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount. All cancellations must be made in writing.
